Returns

Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our top priority. We urge you to please read the description for details like size and material of the products before buying.

We follow no returns no refund policy for all items.

However, we will be happy to provide refund/return in following scenarios:

  1. We ensure that your products reach you safely and securely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a video/photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. 
  2. Please note that all Handmade and Hand painted items have tiny little imperfections and dissimilarities. We believe that these adds to the overall beauty of the product and therefore, these natural aberrations are not considered a manufacturing defect. However, if the product has genuine manufacturing defects, it will be eligible for return.
  3. The product delivered to you is an incorrect size or different altogether, that is, the product does not match the order confirmation you have received.

Above scenarios must be reported to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. We wouldn’t be able to help you once this timeline has elapsed.

If the damage or defect complaint is not genuine and the product is found to be in good working condition by Us, then all transport costs of the shipment (including for return of the product to Our warehouse and then subsequent delivery of the same product back to You) shall be borne by You, the customer.

What to do next?

  1. Email/WhatsApp us video/ photos (We encourage unboxing video over photos) within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please mention your order number in this email as well.
  2. Our team endeavors to get back to you within 3 working days.
  3. To return the product, you can choose to:
            a.) Self-ship the item:

             b.) We can arrange a reverse pick up of the product. Please note that you will be required to print a label and stick on the box so that our courier partner can scan it. In case, if your Pin Code is not serviceable for reverse pick up, you need to self-ship the products to our address mentioned above.
  1. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused/unwashed. Refund will be initiated only if the products are returned to us without any damage and in the same condition that you received it (that is with original packing, internal packing, original bar codes and any other documents)
  2. If the product has not been returned in the same condition as it was shipped, no return or exchange shall be processed and You shall be responsible for bearing the return delivery charges.
  3. Once the product reaches back to us, our team inspects each product and issues a full refund or provide replacement based on the availability of the product (If a replacement product is not available team Jeypore Souvenirs has sole right to issue a full refund). Please allow us 10-14 working days for processing the return request. Please note that the product cost will be refundable. The shipping charges or any custom packaging charges initially paid are not eligible for refund.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Jeypore Souvenirs. But we're a friendly bunch :) 

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. You can cancel the order only order no later than 12 hours of receiving order confirmation intimation by sending an email to info@jeyporesouvenirs.com with the subject line “Cancellation”. cancellation will only be allowed if the order has not been processed.

Jeypore Souvenirs is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two-way shipping and re-packing costs. 

 

Taxes and custom duties for Indian Customers

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

Processing time

We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We believe in taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 3-5 business days. 

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
