📦 Tracking & Address Issues

• Tracking link is sent via email once shipped (may take 24 hrs to update).
• For address errors, contact us within 12 hours of order.
• If already shipped, we can resend once returned (you cover re-shipping).
• No refunds if delivered to an incorrect customer-provided address.
  

🌍 International Shipping

  We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Charges depend on item size, volume, and destination.

• Delivery usually takes 8–10 days from dispatch.
• Duties & taxes are not included and must be paid upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policy (Short Version)

We follow a no return, no refund policy for all items.

• Refunds/returns are accepted only if:
• Product is damaged (video/photo proof required within 24 hours of delivery).
• Product is incorrect or not as per order.
• Product has a genuine manufacturing defect (not handmade imperfections).
• Handmade & hand-painted items may have natural imperfections — these are not defects.
• Report eligible issues within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are processed in 7–8 working days (10–14 if inspection is needed).
  

📦 Return Process

Email or WhatsApp unboxing video/photos with order number within 24 hrs.

• Or request reverse pickup (label printing required; not available in all areas).
• Returned items must be:
• In original condition
• With original packaging, tags, and documents
• Unused and unwashed
• If product is returned in poor condition, no refund/exchange will be processed.
• Refunds exclude shipping or special packaging charges.
• All returns are subject to Jeypore Souvenirs' discretion.
  

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled/changed within 12 hours of order confirmation by emailing info@jeyporesouvenirs.com.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped.
• Refused deliveries are non-refundable; re-delivery is chargeable.
