As a policy, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 4-5 working days. Don't worry during this time we are making sure that your order is packed impeccably and arrives in perfect condition!

The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered in between 7-10 business days from the time of dispatching the order, depending on your location. Although we work with reputed private courier companies to ship your order, there could be a change in this timeline due to factors that are beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Jeypore Souvenirs, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

For customized and bulk orders, customers are requested to get in touch with us at jeyporesouvenirs@gmail.com. The above shipping terms are not applicable in these cases.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

Wrong Address

We are sorry that this happened. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order is still within the 12 hours of cancellation period, you can cancel the order and place it again or reach out to us for correction of the shipping address.

If the order has already been processed, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address. In such case You, the customer has to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order.

Unfortunately, if the order was delivered to the incorrect address as supplied by the customer, then there is little we can do at that point. We have legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser.

International Shipping

We do deliver worldwide. We partner with reputed courier companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS to deliver your products at your doorstep.

The International shipping charges are determined by shipping companies after considering various factors such as size, volume etc.

If you wish to get any item shipped outside of India, please write to us at jeyporesouvenirs@gmail.com with the subject line 'International Shipping'. We will get back to you with the shipping quotation within 3-4 business days and help you process the order offline.

Typically, by air cargo, it takes around 8-10 days to reach destination from the date of dispatch.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry, and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (UPS etc.) at the time of your order delivery, after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our top priority. We urge you to please read the description for details like size and material of the products before buying.

We follow no returns no refund policy for all items.

However, we will be happy to provide refund/return in following scenarios:

1. We ensure that your products reach you safely and securely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a Video/photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. If the product has genuine manufacturing defects. Please note that all Handmade and Hand painted items have tiny little imperfections and dissimilarities. We believe that these adds to the overall beauty of the product and therefore, will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
3. The product delivered to you is an incorrect size or different altogether, that is, the product does not match the order confirmation you have received.
4. Mirror is a highly fragile item. Although we take utmost care while packaging our items, sometimes mirrors do get damaged during transit mishandling. However, we take full responsibility of outer frame getting safely delivered to you.

Above scenarios must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We wouldn't be able to help you once this timeline has elapsed.

What to do next?

1. Email us video/ photos (We encourage unboxing video over photos) within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please mention your order number in this email as well.

b.) We can arrange A Reverse Pick Up of the product. Please note that you will be required to print a label and stick on the box so that our courier partner can scan it. In case, if your Pin Code is not serviceable for Reverse Pick Up, you need to self-ship the products to our address mentioned above.

4. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused/unwashed. Refund will be initiated only if the products are returned to us without any damage and in the same condition that you received it.
5. Once the product reaches back to us, our team inspects each product and issues a full refund or provide replacement based on the availability of the product (If a replacement product is not available team Jeypore Souvenirs has sole right to issue a full refund). Please allow us 10-14 working days for processing the return request. Please note that the product cost will be refundable. The shipping charges or any custom packaging charges initially paid are not eligible for refund.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Jeypore Souvenirs. But we're a friendly bunch :)

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. Jeypore Souvenirs is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two-way shipping and re-packing costs.

When will my order be dispatched?

We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We believe in taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 3-5 business days.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
